Handcrafted Miao Filigree Silver Earrings – “Arrow”

The “Trinity Threads” series is a celebration of traditional Miao filigree craftsmanship, reinterpreted into contemporary, meaningful jewelry. Inspired by the ancestral technique of silver threading, each equilateral triangle pendant is geometrically divided into three equal sections—an echo of the Miao culture’s belief in continuity, harmony, and renewal.

Every piece is handcrafted in collaboration between skilled Miao artisans and modern designers. The filigree technique involves twisting two strands of silver, each less than 0.3mm thick, into delicate threads through seven to eight rounds of meticulous hand-rolling. These threads are then carefully laid from the outer edge of the triangle inward, layer by layer, before being soldered into place.

This is not fast fashion—it’s slow art. Each necklace carries a trace of the maker’s hands, their rhythm, and their reverence. This piece can be worn as a bracelet, choker, or necklace.
