We want you to love what arrives. If a piece isn't right, 
we'll do our best to help.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to 
return any unworn piece for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, 
unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at support@atelierazuree.com within 7 days of 
   delivery. Include:
   ▪ Your order number
   ▪ The reason for return

2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions 
   and the return address.

3. Pack the piece securely in its original linen pouch and box.

4. Ship the return using a tracked shipping service. 
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless 
   the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

5. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we issue a refund 
   within 3 business days. You'll see it on your original 
   payment method within 5–10 business days.

WHAT'S RETURNABLE

▪ Unworn pieces in original condition
▪ Original packaging included, including the linen pouch and box
▪ No signs of wear, scratches, alteration, or damage

What we can't accept:

▪ Pieces showing signs of wear or use
▪ Pieces missing original packaging
▪ Custom or made-to-order pieces, unless faulty
▪ Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless the piece is faulty
▪ Sale items marked “final sale”

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or design? We're happy to help.

Please email us at support@atelierazuree.com within 30 days 
of delivery with your order number and the piece you'd like instead.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless 
the exchange is needed because the item arrived damaged, faulty, 
or incorrect.

If the new piece has a different price, we’ll guide you through 
the price difference before confirming the exchange.

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED

We pack carefully, but accidents happen. If a piece arrives 
broken, visibly damaged, or incorrect:

1. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery
2. Email: support@atelierazuree.com
3. We'll replace the piece at no cost, or issue a full refund — 
   your choice

In this case, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs 
where a return is required.

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES BROKEN AFTER WEAR

Handcrafted silver jewelry should be worn with care. If a piece 
breaks under normal wear within 90 days of delivery, send us a 
photo and we’ll review it carefully.

If the issue is due to a craftsmanship fault, we’ll repair or 
replace the piece at our cost.

Damage caused by accidental pulling, dropping, impact, improper 
storage, or contact with chemicals is not covered as a fault.

For repairs after 90 days, we may offer a discounted repair 
service. Email us for a quote.

REFUNDS

▪ Issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
▪ Refunded to your original payment method
▪ Visible on your statement within 5–10 business days
▪ Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due 
  to our error or the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect
