Each piece is hand-finished before it leaves our atelier.
Most orders ship within 3 business days.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 1–3 weeks for completion before shipping. Made-to-order timelines are noted on each product page.

We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express and equivalent fully tracked services.

All shipping is fully tracked and insured.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

This means any applicable import duties or VAT will be shown before you complete your order.

We package each piece with a truthful customs declaration and do not undervalue shipments.

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 2–3 business days of placing your order.

If you haven't received tracking information after 4 business days, write to support@atelierazuree.com and we'll look into it.

DELAYS

Most orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasionally, customs processing or local courier issues may add 1–3 days.

If your order is more than 7 days late, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

PACKAGING

Each piece is wrapped in a linen pouch and placed in a recyclable box. Gift wrapping is available at checkout for $5.

We don't use plastic packaging.
